Are you capsules Nespresso compatible?

Sjöstrand capsules are compatible with the Nespresso® Original system. Not with Vertuo, K-cup or other systems.

What beans is the coffee made of?

All our coffees are made of 100% Arabica beans. Dark Rush Ristretto is made with a Arabica-Robusta blend to increase the strength.

How do the different coffees differ in taste?

What are your capsules made of?

The Sjöstrand Coffee capsules are made from 2 components, around 80% from the coffees silverskin (a waste product of the beanroasting process) and plant based plastic made from starch or sugar cane.

How do I dispose the capsules?

Our capsules are made for industry compost, meaning that they cannot be thrown into the bag for food waste but can be collected for industrial composting. To be completely sure, check what regulations apply where you live. The capsules are not made for home composting.
