HOW TO SEND MY MACHINE FOR REPAIR?     

 

Important: For all repairs, do NOT send your machine back to our warehouse in Falun. Only use the label that you receive from our Workshop in Osby or from us directly. Please note that Sjöstrand is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage until the goods have been returned to Sjöstrand. 




BEFORE SENDING THE MACHINE 
 

  1. Remove the water from the machine(airing) 

  • Fill the water tank 
  • Place a collection container under the nozzle 
  • Start running a cup (without a capsule) 
  • Remove the tank while the machine is disposing water 
  • Wait till there is no more water left in the machine 
  • Repeat if needed 
  1. Clean the machine 

  • Remove capsules and coffee leftovers from the container 
  • Clean major grease and coffee stains 



 

 

SENDING THE MACHINE 
 

  • Pack the machine into the black box with the two eggshells (if you do not have the box left find a similar packaging that protects the machine well from delivery damages). 
  • Make sure to always send the machine with cable, drip tray, capsule container, and water tank.  
  • Attach the return label that you received from our workshop.  When you live in the UK: Attach the Label + 3 copies of the proforma invoice we send you. 
  • Bring the box to your close by postal service provider as indicated on the label (e.g., Schenker or UPS) and keep the receipt. 
  • Be patient, the repair time can take up to 10 days + delivery 2-3 days within Sweden and 3-5 days within the EU (one way). UK orders can take longer due to customs.
