We offer a 30-day full refund on all items bought on sjostrandcoffee.com.
How do I return an item?
We hope that you love our Sjöstrand products as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return it, this has to be done within 30 days after you received your order. Fill out the return note, which was included in your order. Mark the products you want to return and send them back to us, preferably in the same box as they were delivered in. Use the pre-paid return label when returning your products.
If you do not wish to use our return label, you will find our return address below.
Remember to select business delivery, to make sure that the package is delivered directly to our warehouse within operating hours. We are not able to collect packages from a post office or parcel shop.

Note that you are responsible for the shipment until we have received the goods, please save the receipt of the shipment in case your parcel gets lost.
Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. Please make a return and place a new order to secure the item you wish to have instead.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we have received and accepted your returned product(s).
Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The items must be in their original, unused and unaltered condition
- The items must be returned with their accessories, manuals and original packaging
Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes! All items can be returned, both full priced and sale items. However, please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards.
