DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
Yes, our guarantee follows the EU guidelines and is 2 years. The statutory guarantee period however, in which we provide afters sales services at no extra costs (except packaging), can vary depending on the country you live in. WHEN CAN I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
For a claim to be valid, the defect must have already been present at the time of purchase. Sjöstrand is not responsible for defects arising later, for example as a result of improper use or wear and tear.
HOW IS MY WARRANT CLAIM SOLVED?
We always intend to reduce waste and therefore try to repair a product before a replacement is made. Solutions can vary on each individual case based on age of the product and type of deficiency. In general we follow the hierarchy of remedies

- replacement
- reimbursement
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM. WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us via our contact form or chat. Provide your products serial number and purchase date. If you did not buy the product directly from us, attach your purchase receipt.
MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED, CAN I STILL MAKE A CLAIM?
Yes, we encourage you to extend your machines life time for as long as possible. After the warranty expired we send you a quote with the estimated repair costs on request.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM?
If you bought your product directly from us we are able to trace back your purchase. Otherwise we always need a receipt of purchase. This is for us to prove the warranty is still valid.
