<h2 id="isPasted">Delivery time</h2><p id="isPasted">We always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been successfully submitted, our warehouse will process it the following business day at the latest. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bor&#xE5;s, Sweden.</p><p>The standard delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 business days and deliveries within the EU normally takes between 3-5 business days. When checking out, you will be able to see an estimated time frame for each delivery option. This estimate is only a rough approximation, as the shipping is carried out by third-party companies and cannot be guaranteed by us.</p><p><br></p><h2 id="shipping-rates">Shipping rates</h2><p>We offer free standard shipping on orders over 500 SEK/50 EUR/500 DKK/500 NOK. For orders below these amounts, the shipping cost depends on your destination and delivery preference. The cost is shown at checkout.</p><h2 id><br></h2><h2 id="shipping-outside-the-eu">Shipping outside the EU</h2><p>Please note that if an order is to be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, such order may be subject to import charges, duties and taxes, including VAT, that you are responsible for paying. Such import charges, duties and taxes, including VAT, are not included in Sj&#xF6;strand&apos;s prices quoted on this Website and Sj&#xF6;strand is not responsible for collecting such charges, duties and taxes and has no information about the amount of the same since they differ from country to country. Please also note that if you do not pay such charges, duties and taxes you will most likely not receive the ordered products, without any liability for Sj&#xF6;strand to reimburse you for such order.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h2 id="isPasted">Transport damage</h2><p>Sj&#xF6;strand is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during transportation to the customer, subject to the limitations of these conditions.<br><br>Once you have received your goods, we recommend that you take the time to carefully examine the product to ensure that it is not damaged. If you notice any damages, please immediately notify the external transportation company and pickup point, and then reach out to our customer service team. We will ask you to keep the transportation packaging and product packaging for further examination.
